Returns, Refunds and Exchanges.
We offer a 14 day return policy. If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 restocking fee per return. The prepaid return-shipping label is included in your shipment (Except for Finland and France, for orders placed after 01-07-2020, please read details below), in case the return label is missing in your shipment, you must notify us at customerserviceEU@karhu.com within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you. The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.
All purchases done in stores, need to be returned at the store of purchase. We are not able to receive any returns of store bought products.
Please note that we do not offer product exchanges at this moment.
Returns from Switzerland & Norway:
If you choose to make a return from Switzerland or Norway, you may choose any carrier for the return shipment. The shipment must be delivered to the address of our European warehouse (see below) for a refund. The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you and be in proper condition. We will process your refund as soon as we have the returned product and within a maximum of 30 days.
