We are currently experiencing a high volume of orders and returns across Europe due to the Christmas holiday and distribution center closures. Shipping and refunds may be delayed. Our distribution center will be closed from December 28^th through January 8^th. Orders placed during this time will begin processing on Monday January 9^th. All orders and returns will be processed in the order they are received. 

 

Karhu is an international brand and we ship to most countries in the EU. Your order is prepared for shipment on business days the next morning after you placed your order. Typically, the warehouse is able to manage and send out your order the same day, or the next morning after they start processing it! Currently we aren’t able to offer you express shipping in the EU. The transit times below are indications of the transit time after your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our European warehouse is located in the Netherlands. On local holidays our warehouse is closed.

Delivery to Norway & Switzerland:

All orders will be shipped with FedEx and will cost €24.95, duties and taxes will be included and paid for by Karhu. No returns will be paid for by Karhu and are the responsibility of the recipient of the order.
