International Delivery 

Karhu is an international brand and we ship to most countries in the EU. Your order is prepared for shipment on business days the next morning after you placed your order. Typically, the warehouse is able to manage and send out your order the same day, or the next morning after they start processing it! Currently we aren’t able to offer you express shipping in the EU. The transit times below are indications of the transit time after your order has left the warehouse. Please note that our European warehouse is located in the Netherlands. On local holidays our warehouse is closed.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges 

We offer a 14 day return policy. If you choose to return for a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return-shipping label and a refund for the amount you paid for the returning item, minus a €5.00 restocking fee per return. The prepaid return-shipping label is included in your shipment (Except for Finland and France, for orders placed after 01-07-2020, please read details below), in case the return label is missing in your shipment, you must notify us at within 14 days of the date the product was delivered to you. The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you. We will process your refund as soon as possible, after we have received the returned product, and within a maximum of 30 days.

All purchases done in stores, need to be returned at the store of purchase. We are not able to receive any returns of store bought products.

Please note that we do not offer product exchanges at this moment.


Returns from Switzerland & Norway:  


If you choose to make a return from Switzerland or Norway, you may choose any carrier for the return shipment. The shipment must be delivered to the address of our European warehouse (see below) for a refund. The returned product must be received by our facility within 21 days of the date the product was delivered to you and be in proper condition. We will process your refund as soon as we have the returned product and within a maximum of 30 days. 


When a customer would like to receive a refund, they must send the return shipment at their own cost (including duties and taxes) to the following return address:
